Guardiola pushed away camera

As picked up by Sky Sports cameras, Guardiola was involved in a heated exchange with the Norwegian striker at halftime over an issue with men clarified after the game.

Pep, while charging at his striker, noticed the broadcaster's camera was following him, and he rubbed his palm over the lens to signal that he didn't want to be followed before continuing with the two-goal striker.

The incident was first misjudged by fans who claimed the manager was demanding more from the former Borussia Dortmund striker, but in post-game comments via Mirror UK, both men explained it.

"That incident was from the last action because I got a bit mad at Bernardo [Silva] for not playing me in, so he got a bit angry with me! But no, it’s a good start for the first game," Haaland said.
"He wants all the time, ball to him, ball to him. He wants the ball in behind. Erling wanted that ball, and Bernardo was right not to give it to him. He scored two goals, I think he's happy," Guardiola clarified.

Next for the treble winners is the UEFA Super Cup against Sevilla before they welcome Newcastle United to the Etihad Stadium in their first home game of the season.

Haaland trolls Arsenal fans

Elsewhere, Sports Brief reported that Haaland gave a savage gesture who booed him after he was substituted in the 65th minute of City's loss to Arsenal in the Community Shield.

The Norwegian raised three fingers to signify the trophies he won last season, while the Gunners went empty-handed despite spending the most days at the top of the table.
